Viviane Minko is an executive and an advocate with a passion for equality, fairness and inclusion. Engaged in politics and the community, she has been working for the common good since childhood.

Since her university days in 2005, Viviane has been deeply rooted in the east end of Montreal. She has been a member of the La Pointe-de-l'Île EDA board of directors since 2017, where she serves as policy chair. She has participated in all local election campaigns and days of action, focusing on issues such as food security, health, at-risk tenants, entrepreneurship and soil contamination. She is a graduate of HEC Montréal and the Université de Montréal.

Viviane is the founder and CEO of Espoir V, an organization dedicated to empowering women, girls, youth, and vulnerable individuals through education, support, and capacity-building. In addition to her involvement with several other boards and committees, she has chaired the Nutrition Beyond Borders board of directors since 2022 and served on the Vue et Voix board of directors from 2009 to 2019. Her commitment to social issues has earned her numerous recognitions, particularly for her contribution to the advancement of women in Canada and around the world.

As the Liberal candidate for La Pointe-de-l’Île, Viviane Minko is committed to supporting the middle class and small businesses, and to protecting the environment. She will be a strong voice for our community in Ottawa, working tirelessly to improve the lives of families and create an inclusive economy that benefits everyone.
